With this project I explored what is it that we lose when everything becomes data. How does digitization distort human complexity?

The base of the installation were a website with theoretical readings and an interactive game (more on that in the next post), and CRT TV that displayed live video feed converted into ASCII.

Metanoia has had two lifes. One with a receipt printer that printed The Digital Decalogue - my manifesto - on command, and one in an exhibition at Roodkapje with prints from said printer held together with a nail instead.

Coded by yours truly in HTML, CSS and JScript.
